  • 📌 Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 – Requires secure, accountable management of user identity data.
  • 📌 National Cyber Security Policy (NCSP) – Promotes traceability and identity verification to reduce fraud risk.

  • ✅ Must be registered to your legal IC/ Passport.
  • ✅ Helps prevent fraud, scams, and impersonation.
  • ✅ Ensures accountability and security.
  • ⛔ Requests from unverified numbers will be rejected automatically.

📌 2. 30-Day Lock on Email Changes

  • 🔒 Email change locked for 30 days after activation or phone number update.
  • 🔐 Helps prevent account takeover or impersonation.
  • ⛔ Email cannot be updated during the lock period.
