-If your termination request is rejected due to an account with outstanding balances, you are required to clear the current outstanding balance and then submit a new termination request.

-If your account has any outstanding balance, your device return request will also be automatically rejected.
-The date of device return does not affect your obligation to clear any outstanding balance.

-The termination team will provide you with comprehensive termination terms within 10 business days.
